About Magic Mat
Magic Mat is a washable dirt-trapping door mat engineered with a dual-loop microfibre system. The outer loops scrub dirt and moisture from shoe soles, while the inner absorption layer pulls it downward and locks it in — preventing it from being tracked back out. It traps up to 95% of dirt, mud, and allergens on first contact.
Standard doormats have flat, woven surfaces that push dirt around rather than trapping it. Magic Mat uses high-density microfibre loops that reach into shoe tread grooves and actively pull contaminants into a hidden secondary layer. The result is a mat that actually cleans shoes rather than just wiping the surface.
Magic Mat is available in three sizes: Medium (17¾" × 29½"), Large (23⅝" × 35 7/16"), and Runner (29½" × 53⅜"). All sizes are available in Dark Grey, Light Brown, and Mocha.

Magic Mat is designed primarily for indoor use and covered entryways. While it can handle outdoor conditions temporarily, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and rain may reduce its lifespan. For best results, place it just inside the door or under a covered porch.

Cleaning & Care
Yes. Magic Mat is fully machine washable. Use a gentle cycle with cold or warm water and mild detergent. Wash alone or with similar colours. Do not use bleach or fabric softener as these can damage the microfibre.
Air drying is recommended — lay flat or hang to dry. You can also tumble dry on low heat. Do not use high heat as it can damage the rubber base and microfibre loops. Magic Mat dries in approximately half the time of standard cotton mats.
We recommend washing Magic Mat weekly for best performance, especially in high-traffic areas or homes with pets. For lighter use, washing every 2–3 weeks is sufficient. You can also shake or vacuum the mat between washes to remove loose debris.
With regular machine washing, Magic Mat is built to last 5 or more years of heavy daily use. The industrial-grade microfibre maintains its shape, absorbency, and grip wash after wash.
No. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Bleach can damage the microfibre and rubber base, and fabric softener coats the fibres reducing their absorbency. Use only mild detergent on a gentle cycle.
A slight odour after the first few washes is normal as the mat breaks in. Ensure the mat is fully dry before placing it back down — a damp mat can develop odours. Air drying is recommended. If odour persists, wash with a small amount of white vinegar added to the rinse cycle.

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $300. Orders under $300 are charged a flat rate calculated at checkout based on your location.
At this time, we ship within Canada only. We are working to expand our shipping coverage. If you are outside Canada and interested in Magic Mat, please contact us at info@magicmat.com.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information is updated within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also log into your account on our website to view your order status.
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, your order may already be in processing. Contact us immediately at info@magicmat.com with your order number and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your Magic Mat, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition — unused or washed and dried.
Email us at info@magicmat.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. Email info@magicmat.com with your order number and photos. We will ship a replacement immediately at no cost — you do not need to return the damaged item.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement. PayPal refunds are typically processed within 24 hours.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we cover all shipping costs and will reship your replacement at no charge.
Yes. We accept returns on used mats within 30 days of delivery. The mat should be washed and dried before returning. We understand you need to try the mat to know if it works for you — that is exactly what the 30-day guarantee is for.
