Fast Processing Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of placement.
Order Tracking Every order ships with a tracking number sent directly to your email.

Shipping Rates

We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Standard Shipping

  • Orders under $300 — flat rate shipping calculated at checkout
  • Orders over $300 — Free standard shipping
  • Expedited shipping available at checkout for an additional fee

Express Shipping

  • Available for all Canadian addresses
  • Rates calculated at checkout based on destination
  • Delivery within 1–3 business days after dispatch
Shipping rates and free shipping thresholds are subject to change. The rate shown at checkout is final.

Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement. Delivery times vary by province:

  • British Columbia — 2–4 business days
  • Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba — 3–5 business days
  • Ontario, Quebec — 4–7 business days
  • Atlantic Provinces — 5–8 business days
  • Northern Territories — 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons (November–January) or due to carrier delays.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

  • Tracking emails are sent within 24 hours of dispatch.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
  • You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@magicmat.com.

International Orders

At this time, Magic Mat ships within Canada only. We do not currently ship to the United States or internationally.

We are working to expand our shipping coverage. If you are outside Canada and interested in Magic Mat, please contact us — we may be able to assist on a case-by-case basis.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your tracking number for the latest status update.
  2. Allow 2 additional business days beyond the estimated delivery date.
  3. Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number.
  4. If still unresolved, contact us at info@magicmat.com with your order number.
If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship your order at no additional cost.
