Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Magic Mat purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition — unused or washed and dried.
  • Original packaging is not required.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@magicmat.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using any carrier of your choice.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
  • PayPal refunds are typically processed within 24 hours.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your Magic Mat for a different size or colour within 30 days of delivery.

  • Contact us at info@magicmat.com to request an exchange.
  • We will ship the replacement item once we receive your return.
  • If the replacement item is a different price, we will charge or refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Magic Mat arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • Email info@magicmat.com with your order number and photos.
  • We will ship a replacement immediately — no need to return the damaged item.
We cover all shipping costs for damaged or defective item replacements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
  • Items that show signs of misuse, intentional damage, or modification.
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale at time of purchase.
